Welcome!

A little bit about us – We are both retired Navy.  After raising two boys, we spent 7 years traveling the country in our own fifth-wheel, staying at many different parks, making tons of new friends and meeting many new travelers.

Our favorite winter spot always seemed to be the San Antonio area.  When we decided to put down some roots, it just naturally seemed to fall into place that we should purchase and run a park in the area we love best.  We were fortunate to locate an existing RV park up for sale.

In January 2018, we officially opened Freedom RV Resort.  Already projects are underway to create additional full-hookup sites, plus many other amenities and beautification projects.
